After Many Losses to Health Robotics, Intelligent Hospital Systems/RIVA Desperately Resorts to Spreading Lies

Bozen, Sud-Tirol, Italy – December 4, 2012.

Health Robotics today reported that in the wake of i.v.STATION’s multiple wins against RIVA, and in the middle of several ongoing competitive bids, Intelligent Hospital Systems desperately issued a press release this week in order to curtail additional losses to Health Robotics by spreading outright lies about i.v.STATION.

Gaspar DeViedma, Health Robotics’ Executive Vice President, stated: “Pharmacists and Hospital Executives need to ask themselves how they can trust anything that they hear from Intelligent Hospital Systems after IHS/RIVA has been caught yet again with utter defamations and falsehoods in the market. While this of course comes to no surprise to most of us that are keenly aware of IHS/RIVA’s questionable tactics in the past, this is a new record low even for IHS/RIVA’s short ethical standards. Just as an example of IHS/RIVA’s lies, their press release states that ‘Palomar Health System in California had an i.v.STATION, but removed it to install a RIVA’. It is a undisputed fact Health Robotics has never installed or de- installed ANY of our products at Palomar Health System, nor have any of our representatives has had any contact whatsoever personnel of this Health System at any time in the past, which clearly shows the extent of IHS/RIVA’s fabrications.”

Interested parties can indeed verify with Palomar Health Executives such as Robert Hemcker, Palomar Heath Chief Financial Officer, Bob.Hemker@pph.org, 760.740.6385, that neither Health Robotics nor any of its current or past partners or distributors ever conducted any business with Palomar Health and/or installed (or de-installed) any of its products at Palomar Health (including i.v.STATION) at any point in the past, and that subsequently, IHS/RIVA’s statement in their press release above is an outright lie to the market.

Gaspar DeViedma continued: “On an ongoing basis, Health Robotics will continue to publicly respond to IHS/RIVA’s fabrications in public forums and legal venues and continue to monitor IHS/RIVA’s anti-competitive tactics and shocking behavior, informingly the general public about its current and future actions.”
